General dietary advice for skin problems:
If you know that certain foods upset you, try to avoid them.
Especially avoid additives in food.
An elimination diet can help you find out if you have sensitivity to certain foods, but should be done under the supervision of your health professional.
The most common foods to cause a problem are: wheat, cows milk and dairy products, eggs, potatoes, tomatoes and citrus fruits
Reduce your alcohol intake to nil if possible, and drink equal amounts of water to alcohol, if you do.
