This article will help you to determine your body type or dosha.
In order to obtain an accurate result you must total the score to each section separately. When you have completed all three, compare the scores to determine which of the doshas most closely describes you.
It may be that your score in one section is around twice as high as the others, if this is the case you are a single dosha type, either vata, pitta or kapha. If no dosha is clearly dominant then you are a two-dosha type, displaying the characteristics of your two leading doshas.
